Before your

Appointment

✓Hair must be clean & free of heavy oils
✓Hair must be 4 inches all around
✓No blunt cut ends or fresh perm
✓Food & drinks are allowed
✓No extra guests are allowed
✓Hair must be properly blow-dried or stretched
✓Remaining balance due via Zelle or cash only
✓Times listed are an estimate
✓Wash & Blowdry is an additional $50 — hair must be thoroughly detangled if you select this add-on

Booking policies

Appointments

Bookings open on the 15th of every month. Squeeze-in, off day & holiday appointments available for an additional $100.

Cancellations

Cancellations & rescheduling must be done no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You may reschedule with the same deposit one time only.

Payments

$50 non-refundable deposit required for all standard appointments. For Bora Bora, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. Balance due via Zelle or cash only.

Late arrivals

Please communicate if you will be late. Both client and braider have a 15 min grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled.

Hair provided for all styles. Colors 1, 1b, 2, 4, 27, 30, 350 & 613. Custom colors require prior consultation.
